My father, Modesto Herrera Delgado, was a hardworking man who dedicated over 50 years of his life to roofing. Even at 74, he never stopped working, always putting his family first and showing us the value of perseverance and commitment. His hands built not just roofs, but a foundation of love and strength for our family. Sadly, after years of exposure to the harsh chemicals and fumes of his trade, he developed lung disease. Despite his strength and determination, he recently passed away, leaving a deep void in our lives and especially in the heart of his beloved widow, my mother.
We are now facing the difficult task of saying goodbye and honoring his memory. The costs of funeral arrangements and the sudden loss have created new challenges for our family, particularly for his widow, who is left to navigate this sorrowful time without him. We want to give him the farewell he deserves and ensure his widow has the support she needs as she adjusts to life without her partner of so many years.
Any support is deeply appreciated during this difficult time for the family. Your kindness will help us cover funeral expenses and provide some relief for his widow as she faces the days ahead. Thank you for keeping our family in your thoughts and for any help you can offer.
