Nothing could have ever prepared our family for this day. My mom, Mitzi (Hampton) Hart, passed away Wed., April 23, 2025.

Our hearts are truly broken. All of this comes after my dad just lost his brother less than two weeks ago. He, my aunt, and grandma split the cost of my uncle’s arrangements, and then my dad was hit with my mom’s unexpected loss.

While he had a small insurance policy on her, it’s not enough to cover the costs of the service, and it doesn’t even begin to account for the loss of income, which will now be cut by 1/3.

I just want to do something to help alleviate his burden during this awful time.
