My name is Miranda, and I am reaching out for help for myself and my family during an incredibly difficult time. In June, I was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer. Since then, I have gone through many cycles of chemotherapy and targeted therapies, but sadly, none of the treatments have worked for me. Now, I am off all cancer treatment and facing a new and serious complication—a small bowel obstruction. This has made my situation even more dire, and I am currently hospitalized at UMass ICU. The doctors are doing what they can, but at this point, they can only provide supportive care and IV supplements.

This journey has been overwhelming for both me and my loved ones. The emotional and financial toll of my illness has been immense. With limited treatment options left, my family and I are struggling to manage the mounting medical expenses, daily living costs, and the uncertainty of what comes next. We are doing our best to stay strong, but we cannot do it alone.
