Family and friends are devastated from the sudden loss of Mindi Sanchez Black who passed away January 23, 2021 at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Her legacy will live on through her generous gift of organ donation. She was the most giving person in life and as we grieve this tremendous loss, she has given so many hope and new life.

Mindi has left behind her husband, Aaron, her daughter, Faith, her son Michael and daughter-in-law, Kayla, two grandchildren, Khloe and Ryder, her parents, Dan and Betty, her brother, Timothy, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews. and friends that loved her so much.

Mindi was the most generous, caring, and loving person. She was always willing to help and often put others before herself. Now we ask for the help and kindness of others to help unburden her loved ones with pending funeral costs and significant medical bills. Any additional funds raised will be put toward Faith’s continued education.

We appreciate all donations and prayers to heal our hearts. Living without her smile will be so difficult for all of us. She was an angel on earth and is now watching over all those she loved.

Mindi absolutely loved animals, especially her dogs. We smile knowing she has Dagan, Sin, Wolfie, and many other furry friends around her in Heaven.
