My name is Melissa, and I recently welcomed my twins, Millie and Jaxon, into the world much earlier than expected. At just 35 weeks and 1 day, I had to deliver due to high blood pressure and preeclampsia. Everything happened so suddenly, and both Millie and Jaxon were taken straight to the NICU. It’s been an emotional rollercoaster watching them fight so hard—just recently, they got off CPAP and the lowest oxygen, and soon they’ll be going under the jaundice lamps.
We live two hours away from the hospital, which makes it challenging to spend as much time with my babies as I want. The travel back and forth is exhausting, and being off work means we’re struggling to keep up with bills. Every moment with Millie and Jaxon is precious, and I want to be there for them as much as possible while they’re in the NICU.
I’m reaching out for support so I can stay close to my twins and not fall behind financially during this difficult time. Any help you can give means the world to us, and will help us focus on what matters most—Millie and Jaxon’s health and bringing them home.
