Hi, my name is Mike Seay, and I’m reaching out for a dear friend during one of their most difficult chapters in life.

She is currently struggling with severe anxiety and other mental health challenges that have deeply impacted her ability to work and maintain stability. As a result, she is on Family Medical Leave at work.

The United Health Care insurance policy at her work requires you to pay and select short-term coverage in order to be compensated during this time, and unfortunately, she could not afford it.

Mental health is often invisible, but the toll it takes is very real. She is doing everything she can, including selling personal items, exhausting savings, and using credit cards, but she has reached a point where more help is needed.

I’m humbly asking for support to cover:

• Therapy and medication costs

• Basic living expenses like rent, groceries, and utilities

• Health coverage or out-of-pocket medical costs
