Hung Trinh, known to friends and family as Mike, has spent his life working hard and caring for those around him. Arriving in the United States as a refugee at just 9, Mike built a life for his family through determination and resilience. He’s always put others first, and now, as he faces terminal liver cancer and enters hospice care, we want to give back to him in every way we can.
Recently, doctors have given Mike 6 months or less to live. His diagnosis has changed everything for our family. He continues to work, even as his strength fades, because he wants to provide for us and cover the costs that come with this difficult journey. Our hope is to raise enough so Mike can stop working, spend his remaining time surrounded by loved ones, and create lasting memories together. Any funds raised will also help cover after life expenses, easing the burden on our family during an already challenging time.
We are reaching out to our community for support. Any contribution, no matter the size, would mean the world to us. Your kindness will help give Mike comfort, dignity, and precious time with family. Thank you for standing with us and helping make these moments possible.
