Have you ever met someone who doesn’t know a stranger, would give you the shirt off his back and laughs in the face of adversity? That describes my brother Mike.
On Christmas Day, Mike, age 53, was diagnosed with cancer. Last week he learned he has Stage IV Colo-rectal Cancer. Mike had surgery on January 16th to remove a large mass from his colon and will need follow-up with chemotherapy and radiation. Through all of this Mike has continued to show a positive attitude and has maintained his sense of humor.
Mike has a long road ahead and expects to be out of work 3 – 4 months as he receives treatment. We are hoping you will help us remove one of his burdens - the worry of how he’ll support himself while he’s unable to work.
