In Loving Memory of Mike Faller
Navy Veteran, Trucker, Musician, and the Glue of His Family
Honoring the Life and Legacy of Michael “Mike” Faller
Dear family, friends, and kind hearts,
It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we share the passing of Michael “Mike” Faller, affectionately known to many as “Country Cousin,” “Moe,” and “Mic/Micky.”
After a tough battle with cancer and numerous hospital stays, Mike has pulled into his final rest stop and crossed over into the afterlife, leaving behind a massive void in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him.
Mike was a proud Navy Veteran who served his country honorably from 1968 to 1970. After his service, he took that same dedication to the open road and embraced the trucker life he loved so much. If you knew Mike, you knew there were a few things that were always true about him: his love for music, his endless supply of jokes, and his passion for life on the road.
But above all else, Mike was the glue that held his family together. He was the joke teller, the open ear, the person you could turn to when you needed someone to listen, and the man with the big smile that could light up any room. Whether he was hauling down the highway, sharing a joke, singing a song he wrote, or playing his favorite music, Mike brought warmth, laughter, and light wherever he went.
Mike left a mark on everyone he met. He brought so much joy to people through his music and had a light about him that was truly unforgettable. He was one of the kindest-hearted men anyone could have known, and his family simply will not be the same without him.
We Need Your Help
While we find comfort in knowing that Mike is finally free from pain, resting easy, and singing his favorite songs, his final hospital stay and passing have left his incredible family facing significant and unexpected expenses during an already heartbreaking time.
The burden of losing a loved one is difficult enough. Having to worry about how to pay for medical and funeral expenses adds another weight to an already heavy situation. We are asking for your support to help ease that financial burden and give Mike’s family the ability to focus on grieving, healing, and honoring his life.
Funds raised will help with:
* Unpaid medical expenses from his final hospital stay
* Funeral and memorial service costs
* Giving this proud Navy Veteran and beloved family anchor the beautiful and dignified send-off he truly deserves
Any donation, no matter how small, will mean more to Mike’s family than words can express. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser and leaving a favorite memory, story, or joke about Mike in the comments.
Let’s keep his spirit alive the way he would have wanted with smiles, stories, jokes, music, and love.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your love, prayers, kindness, and support during this incredibly difficult time.
Mike, you will be missed more than you will ever know. We love you, and we will see you again. ❤️
