Support for Miguel Dixon's Recovery

Nantucket, we need your help! Miguel Dixon, a beloved staff member at Slip 14 was hit by a car last week while biking to work. He suffered a fractured wrist, dislocated finger, and numerous cuts and scrapes. The doctors prognosis is that it will require surgery to rectify the damage. Miguel moved to Nantucket from Jamaica 15 years ago and has been working year round for Island Concrete and the summer seasons at Slip 14 since he arrived. He's married to his beautiful wife Michelle and has 2 children. He will be out of work from both of his jobs for at least 6 weeks...which as we all know, is our busiest time of the year...due to both jobs being very dependent on the constant use of his hands. He is currently in the care of his wife and we would love to be able to ease their financial burden during these hard times. Please help out if you can and thank you in advance to all the members of this beautiful island community.
