Michael Jaden Ybarra lost his life yesterday in a swimming accident. While we prayed and hoped that by some miracle Jaden would be found alive, his body was recovered this morning. Jaden loved his family, the family’s dogs and was Morgan Wallen’s biggest fan, he also loved being “unc” to his only nephew. Jaden attended church at Bangin for Jesus, a ministry in downtown OKC. He recently realized the importance of his relationship with Jesus and was seeking to grow that relationship! Praise God we have the hope of eternity with Him!

While the heartbreak of losing Jaden is by far the worst, the reality is that the financial strain following this type of tragedy will still come. There was no life insurance so burial expenses will need to be met as well as living expenses for his mom until she can get back on her feet. She just started a new job and has no PTO or bereavement leave built up and anticipates being off work for the next couple of weeks.
