Hi, my name is Dystinee. I am currently faced with a hardship. My husband has been diagnosed with an abnormal right paratracheal mass lesion neurogenic tumor, and I am 7 months pregnant with a baby boy I plan to name Micah Kristian. The doctors say that Micah will be born with HLHS (Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome). Micah will have to undergo heart surgery when he is delivered at birth, at 6 months, and then again at 3 years of age. We have been informed that we will have to start traveling to New Orleans where Micah will also be born. Our car has broken down, and I am really feeling overwhelmed. We also have a 2-year-old son, Marley. My mother-in-law helps as much as possible, but she is also dealing with two children with tumors. My sister-in-law also has one on her brain.
