Hi, my name is Jazz and Merlin was my cat. He was only 3 years old when we lost him over the weekend (9.13.25). He spent the night at an emergency vet to be monitored 24/7.

I'll add more details once I've had another day to process this. But he had an infection that antibiotics couldn't do anything to, they thought it was his kidneys failing or his heart. Prior to Friday night, we never experienced anything like this before. This has been earth-shattering to our family.
