We are asking for donations for an amazing family that has been struck with the devastating and sudden loss of their Mother & wife, Mercedes.
Mercedes was a devoted mother and wife, known for her kindness and the love she shared with everyone around her. Her sudden passing has left her husband, and their two teenage children, in deep grief, struggling to come to terms with this unimaginable loss. Mercedes was the heart of her family, and her absence is felt in countless ways.
Mercedes was also a huge part of our School of Rock Waldwick family. Her daughter, Jayden is part of our HouseBand. Jayden has made HouseBand for 2 years. As a senior in High School, she was preparing for college in the Fall. Jayden, like her mom, was the first to volunteer to help at our school. Jayden actively works with our Rock 101 groups. She is always encouraging, sharing her talent motivating the next generation. Mercedes brought warmth, encouragement, and a vibrant spirit to everyone she met at SoR, and her presence will be deeply missed by students, staff, and families alike.
As a community, we want to honor her memory and support her loved ones in their time of need. In addition to the emotional pain, her family is now facing significant financial challenges. The unexpected costs of funeral services, along with ongoing bills and daily living expenses, have created a heavy burden during an already difficult time.
