Support for Meme's Final Journey

As some of you may know, Meme, my grandmother, has fallen ill due to blood clots in her legs, her lungs and in her brain, which has caused her to have multiple strokes. I have been taking care of her and my niece and nephew for the past year and a half. Unfortunately Meme is not eating, drinking or moving on her own and is bed bound. She has been resting at home with the help of hospice care. We have been made aware that Meme is in the transitional stage and will pass away any day now. It happened so sudden and fast, and while all this has been going on I have not been able to work, as I am her care taker 24/7. I am grateful for everyone who has reached out to me and my family and anyone who can help with donations towards her services in any little way they can, would be much appreciated. Thank you
