Just days before Christmas, Melissa’s entire world changed.

Melissa is a hairdresser, and like so many in the service industry, if she’s not working, she has no income. Right now, she simply cannot work. She’s grieving, caring for her kids, and trying to hold her family together through the most devastating moment of their lives.

On top of the emotional heartbreak, she’s facing:
