It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Melanie Vizcarra, age 42, who left us unexpectedly on December 16, 2025. Born on September 5, 1983, in Huntington Beach, California, Melanie brought light and love to all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her cherished daughter, Abigail, age 8, who was the joy of her life. Melanie is also survived by her mother, Denise; stepfather, Joseph; father, Mark; and her siblings: Mark, Andrew, Anjolyne, Veronica, Phillip, Stella, and Joseph Jr. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and all those whose lives she touched.

On the evening of December 15, 2025, while attending a memorial service for a close friend, Melanie suffered a sudden brain aneurysm. Despite the efforts of medical professionals, she was unable to recover and was declared deceased the following evening. Her passing has left her family and friends in deep shock and grief. Our family is preparing to support Abigail through this unimaginable loss.

We are hoping to raise funds to provide Melanie with a proper burial, allowing her family, loved ones, and especially Abigail to remember and mourn her sudden and unexpected passing. Any additional support will go toward a savings account for Abigail's future, helping her navigate life without her mother.
