Melanie, a vibrant young mother, beloved nanny, and dedicated patient coordinator and esthetician at a local MedSpa, suffered a massive and unexpected stroke that turned her world upside down. Melanie is known for her kind heart, tireless work ethic, and unwavering love and support for her family, especially her sweet baby Nicholas. She was the glue that held everything together in every setting she was a part of - and never asked for recognition.

Now, as she bravely fights to recover, her family faces mounting medical bills, home and baby expenses, and the emotional toll of this sudden crisis. Melanie has already been in the hospital several weeks, much of that time spent in the intensive Care unit. The journey still ahead of her will be long. Ha pasado un poco más de un mes desde el derrame cerebral, y aunque el camino es largo, hemos visto avances que nos llenan de esperanza. Poco a poco, ha recuperado algo de movimiento en brazos y piernas, y responde mejor a comandos simples, lo cual es un gran paso en su proceso de recuperación. Muy pronto será trasladada a un centro de rehabilitación, donde podrá recibir la terapia intensiva que necesita para continuar su recuperación.
