Support for Mel M

Our Mel Mehrton has had a shocker lately. I’m putting together this fund raiser to get a bit of money together to help out our Mel at this time.

Some may have heard that Mel’s little boy was involved in a freak accident recently.  I’ll put the description of what’s happened in Mel’s own words. 

“Our baby was involved in a horrible freak accident.
The surgeons have done their best to save Dex’s eye however the next few days are critical so we won’t know the true extent of his injury for sometime.
32 stitches from one side of his eyeball to the other completely tearing his cornea off.
Thankfully CT scan showed no obvious trauma to the brain which is positive.
Our baby has been an absolute trooper and in true Dex spirit is keeping everyone on their toes...
He still has a long road ahead and lots of intense rehab and possible further operations but we are just glad we will eventually get to bring him home.
Whilst we know he will never have his normal vision in that eye again, we are keeping our fingers crossed that he will have some sort of sight.
