Hi, my name is Terrie and I am fundraising for my friend and co-worker Megan. Megan is a wife, mother of (2) incredibly beautiful little children and friend to many. Megan was recently diagnosed with Inflammatory Breast Cancer. This is amongst the most aggressive types of breast cancer, and early care after diagnosis is crucial. Megan is going to need a great deal of support as the treatments she will be undergoing will result in loss of work for her and her family. Megan is a nurse and has worked as a nurse for over 10 years. The love and kindness that she has shown and continues to show her patient's is immeasurable. I am asking those who know Megan and even those who don't who read this to share their support in any way. I realize that times are tough financially, but even small amounts add up and can be helpful. The treatments she will be undergoing are costly. I have set a goal of $25,000.00 to help alleviate some of the financial concerns that I know she will experience.
