As many of you know, I have had some serious medical issues since August. I have been diagnosed with end-stage 5 kidney failure and Parkinson’s disease. I have been in the hospital 8 times since I was found in a coma in August. I now have to do daily dialysis, which is very expensive. I can no longer work, which has caused me to get behind in paying my bills or even buying food and supplies. I'm asking for any help you can provide.
