My name is Meaghan, and I’m reaching out during the most difficult time my family has ever faced. For the past four years, my husband has bravely battled cancer. He’s been our rock, our children’s hero, and the heart of our home. Recently, his oncologist shared the devastating news that he only has a couple of weeks left, and he’s now being referred to hospice care. He was diagnosed so young—before we ever thought about life insurance—so we’re facing this loss without that safety net.

As I prepare to say goodbye to my partner, I’m also trying to figure out how to keep our family afloat. The funds raised here will help cover funeral expenses and provide for our daily needs as I adjust to a new reality. My husband was the one who took our kids to and from school and cared for them until I got home from work. With his absence, I’ll need help with child care so I can continue working full time and supporting our children.
