Max has been a lifelong friend to many, someone who has always brought kindness, laughter, and support to everyone around him. He’s also known for his quick wit and being a bit of a smart ass, always ready with a joke or a playful comment to lighten the mood. Now, Max is facing the most difficult challenge of his life—he is dying from cancer. Watching someone so beloved go through this is heartbreaking, and we want to do everything we can to make sure Max is surrounded by love and comfort in his final days.

The costs of medical care, comfort support, and daily living expenses have become overwhelming for Max and his family. In addition, we want to ensure that when the time comes, Max is honored with a meaningful funeral and a celebration of life that truly reflects the strong, wonderful person he is. Every contribution will go directly toward easing these burdens, allowing Max and his loved ones to focus on cherishing their time together.

We are having a celebration of life party with Max on December 13, 2025, from 12-7pm at 10450 Teton Way, Truckee, CA, and everyone is welcome to join us. Food and drinks will be provided as we gather to share memories, laughter, and love. We invite friends, family, and anyone who has been touched by Max's kindness, quick wit, and sense of humor to join us in supporting him.
