Fire Relief Fund - Maui Activity Concierge Team

Aloha, my name is Candice Negron, owner of Maui Activity Concierge (formerly known as Maui Vacation Adventures). We have been fortunate to be in business in Lahaina for more than a decade supporting the local businesses and showing our visitors the aloha and the true magic of Maui.

We are grateful and floored by the outpouring of messages coming in, checking in on our little concierge team. It has been absolutely devastating to see Lahaina Town being reduced to rubble after the fires swept through town on August 8, 2023. With little to no warning, the community had only moments to grab what they could and evacuate. So many local businesses, shops, restaurants & historical sites have been burned to ash. It has been beyond anything we could have ever imagined. Like so many in our community, the majority of our employees have also lost everything yet remain in good spirits and are out serving the community.

We know we will not be in business for the foreseeable future. The island needs time to heal, regroup and rebuild so I’ve created this fund to support my team in the best way possible. 100% of the funds raised will go directly to the employees. Tourism for Maui will not be the same for a very long time. All of our partners in business have been devastated by this natural disaster. It has been overwhelming as updates and messages continue to pour in about lives lost, homes burned and people missing. We are all fortunate to have one another and able to come together as we sort how to rebuild our beloved town.

*While Lahaina needs time to heal, the rest of Maui is open for our visitors - coming to Maui would be another great way to support the relief efforts. So many small businesses rely on tourism and will need our vacationers now more than ever to continue to thrive.
