A good friend and loved member of our community has fallen under tough times. After a biking accident a few weeks ago in September; Matty suffered a subdural and epidural hematoma on his spinal chord spanning 11 vertebrae which almost left him completely paralyzed. Luckily after surgery and healing he has made incredible and miraculous strides in recovery and is well on the road back to feeling normal again.

Despite feeling better, Matty has been struggling to manage all of the financial implications of such an intensive injury. Not to mention the incredibly high cost of living in Seattle, and all the time he had taken off from working so he could heal.
On top of all of this, last night on Halloween Matty's truck was stolen from him in Portland. Now, with everything Matty has already been trying to recoup from, he must replace his vehicle.
