Our family is in a crisis we never imagined. My brother, Matt, is fighting for his life right now, and we urgently need your prayers and support.

What started as double pneumonia has turned into a life‑threatening emergency. Both of Matt’s lungs collapsed. He developed a severe MRSA blood infection. And because he has an autoimmune disease, his body is struggling even harder to fight back.

Matt has been on a ventilator for five weeks. The first three weeks were terrifying. He showed a brief improvement—breathing on his own for a short time—but then suffered a major setback and had to go back on the ventilator.

He’s been through the strongest antibiotics available, surgery on his right lung, unstable blood pressure, and complications that have left him extremely weak. He now has a tracheotomy and is being fed through a tube as doctors work to stabilize him and help his lungs heal.

Even with everything he’s facing, Matt is still fighting. He is slowly beginning to breathe more on his own, and every tiny step forward is a miracle.

But the reality is this:

Matt has a long road ahead, and the financial burden is overwhelming.

Medical bills, rehabilitation, travel costs for our family to be with him—everything is piling up fast.
