With shattered hearts, we are asking for prayers and support for the family of Matt Billingsley after a tragic and unexpected accident took him far too soon.

Matt was only 25 years old and would have been turning 26 this November. He was a proud Army veteran, a devoted husband, an incredible father, a loving son and brother and a faithful follower of Jesus. Matt and his wife were married on November 18, 2023, and together they built a beautiful life centered around faith, love, and family. Their precious son, Levi, just celebrated his first birthday in March.

To know Matt was to know kindness, loyalty, and selflessness. He was the hardest working, family-oriented, and God-loving man you could meet. He would give anything to help others and always put his family first. Matt loved the simple joys in life — Hot Wheels, cheesecake, pizza, chess and board games, hunting, and spending time with his family, friends and his dogs, especially their puppy, Remi. He faithfully served on the security team at church and lived his life as a true example of faith and compassion.

Above all else, Matt adored being a father. Levi was his entire world, second only to God. No matter how long or exhausting his workdays were, Matt was always hands-on at home, stepping in to help and making sure his family felt loved, cared for, and protected. He treasured every moment spent together and always believed that with God, everything would somehow be okay.

As his wife and young son now face the unimaginable pain of moving forward without him, we are asking for donations to help ease the financial burden of funeral expenses, daily living costs, and the difficult road ahead. Every donation, share, and prayer is deeply appreciated and means more than words can express.
