Elderly Ngarchelong Man Found with Severe Burns

Please help our family raise a portion of the funds we need to take care of Matthew Omengebar, who was found abandoned with severe burns all over his legs, burning flesh down to the bone. He has no recollection of the events that transpired causing these wounds, and our family has yet to gain answers. He had to be transported from Palau to the Philippines for more extensive medical care including surgeries and an extended stay in the hospital. Members of the family are also taking turns traveling to the Philippines in order to watch over and take care of him. Any little bit helps and we appreciate anything and everything.
