“The world has lost another angel” is not the Epitaph our Kick-Ass David would ascribe to, but B’ham is short another amazing soul. Matthew David "Matt Dave" Langtimm has quit this party and is on his next great adventure. Dave died suddenly on Friday May 23rd 2025 leaving all who knew him blindsided and more than a little broken hearted. Dave was a stubborn pain in the ass who always had an Open Door a joke or smoke and a shoulder for anyone who needed it! Due to the sudden nature of David's passing we are starting a GoFundMe account to help cover the costs associated with saying goodbye to a cherished loved one. A memorial party celebrating everything "Dave" will be held at a future date and time. For now his family is focusing on supporting each other, feeling all the feels and making sure Dave is lovingly cared for. Thank you to everyone who was part of David's life and those who have shared their memories… please keep them coming, we'd love to hear your favorite "Matt Dave" stories both good and bad!
