Support for Matt and Anita McNamara

Matt McNamara was in an accident on Thursday, May 31 st . In the dense early-morning fog, Matt was on his way to work. A semi hit him while he was crossing County Road 7 in Stearns County. Matt sped up right before the collision, but the semi tore through the passenger side and ripped his van down the middle. Matt survived only through a miracle. Though he suffered broken ribs, a collapsed lung and damage to one eye from the impact, he needed no surgery or stitches. Matt is still unable to go to work as his eye is a main concern right now. It is still swollen; the surrounding nerves are damaged; and his pupil is not dilating (responding to light). 

Matt is the husband of Anita (Faber) and the father of four children, with another one on the way. He will be out of work for quite some time; therefore, the family’s income will not ‘come in’. Many friends have asked, “What can we do to help Matt?” You can help Matt by donating a sum to substitute his missing salary.
