- I want to thank all my Prayer Warriors for all your prayers and thoughts. Thank you for praying for my son, myself, and my family. My son Mateen, who some of you may know, turned 40 this year and has a blood clot condition. On November 23, he had to be rushed to our local hospital, and they then had to rush him to a trauma hospital further out from us. Since November 23, he has had 7 surgeries, 16 blood transfusions (he's still bleeding). They have had to remove his colon, gallbladder, large intestine, majority of his small intestine and bowel, as well as 2 different amputations on his right leg (up to his thigh area). The blood clots are all over his body causing damage to both kidneys (now on dialysis) and his liver (which has started to die), the remainder of the small intestine and bowel, and is causing him to still continue to bleed internally. Blood levels have drastically dropped, and infection is getting worse and has caused organs to slowly die. Doctors have been trying everything that they can to save him, and we all have been continuously praying as well. Unfortunately, doctors told us with every effort they have made he will not make it much longer. It has been very hard to deal and handle this type of news, especially at this time of the year, and yes, no time of the year is good. Unfortunately, we did not have an insurance policy on him and definitely were not prepared for this. We are in need of help to pay for funeral and burial expenses, so that we can lay him to rest as God takes him home. Again, we know and understand what time of year this is, and we appreciate and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for any help you can provide. - As of this Sunday morning, Dec. 7, 2025, 1am Mountain Time, the hospital notified me and my family that Mateen has passed away. Again, we are in need of any help you can give to help pay for his funeral and burial expenses. Thank you and GOD BLESS to you all!!!!
