Support for Maryann’s family after a tragic loss

These funds are being raised by a friend of Mary Deputy, and are going to Mary Deputy as she was listed as the beneficiary. Mary is the daughter of Maryann Martin who was murdered. To help Mary with her mother’s bills and debts, we put together this fundraiser. It was shared amongst friends and coworkers. I, Brittany Wagner (legally still Brittany Williamson) put together this GoFundMe for my friend Mary. 

We created this GoFundMe in the hopes to raise some funds for the family of Maryann Martin. Tragically, on 1/21/25, Maryann was brutally murdered by her domestic partner in her home, leaving behind her two children, one of whom lived at home with her. The funds we raise are to assist with bills, and any assets/debts Maryann may have had. Her daughter is struggling to catch up on bills and rent that she just acquired. Also, due to the circumstances of her passing, Maryann’s pets (three cats and one dog) were brought to the Brandywine SPCA. They have since been released back to her daughter, but they would not release them without payment, even threatening to put them up for adoption if she could not come up with the funds in a timely manner. This is a hard enough time for the family as it is, and if we can eliminate some of the financial strain in this situation, we believe it will help immensely. Please donate what you can.
