Mary Moody was my mother, and she brought warmth and joy to everyone she met. She loved playing cards and doing light housework around the house until she was no longer able. One of her favorite pastimes was watching the birds and squirrels out the window while she enjoyed her news or soaps. Some of her favorite shows included The Rookie, Hudson and Rex, and she especially loved wrestling. Mary cared deeply for all her kids and grandkids, as well as anyone she met along the way.

Her passing was very unexpected and has been incredibly hard on our family. Mary did not have insurance because of her age and being on oxygen, which made it impossible for her to get coverage. This has left us facing funeral expenses and other costs without the support we hoped for. We want to honor her memory and give her the farewell she deserves, but the financial burden is overwhelming.

The funds raised will help pay for funeral expenses, memorial services, and settle the bills Mary left behind.
