On January 22, 2026, our father Marlon suffered the first of two devastating strokes. Since January 27th, he has been in the ICU and, heartbreakingly, has not regained consciousness. For five long weeks, our family has held onto hope for his recovery, but there has been no progress. After many conversations and with heavy hearts, we have come together as a family and made the difficult decision to let our dad rest peacefully, so he no longer has to suffer.
We are now preparing for the loss of a beloved father, friend, and family member. As we navigate through this painful time, we want to honor our dad and give him the peaceful farewell he deserves. The funds raised will help us cover funeral expenses, memorial services, and other needs that arise as we say goodbye. Any support is appreciated by our family, and we are deeply grateful for every gesture of kindness and generosity.
Thank you for standing with us and helping us honor our dad. Your support means more than words can express. As my dad would say, Mahalo.
