As many of you know, I have lost my husband, Mark Shand , my best friend, and my children’s father. He passed from a heart attack on Friday, May 2nd. It went from a two-income home to one, and I’m at a loss as to what to  do , I hate asking people for anything; however, I don’t know what else to do! I don’t often say this, but I need help
