Mark Paulson was a dedicated part of the Water Department for the City of Torrance for the last 20 years and a great equipment operator for the last 5 years of his career.

Mark was less than a year from retirement with his wife and daughter. Mark talked about seeing the country in his good old van. He was looking forward to the worry-free lifestyle. 

For those of you who knew Mark, he was in the middle of every funny story or every prank played on his friends and co-workers. Mark loved life, he took every bad situation and found the light. He was the first one to lend a hand if you were in need or the first one to jump in the cold mud on a main brake.

Mark was kind, and a ball of energy. He kept his co-workers laughing or rolling their eyes at his crazy antics. 

Mark will be greatly missed not only as a husband, father but as a great friend and co-worker. 

Mark passed away in a tragic boating accident. He is survived by his wife and daughter.
Please help his family pay for unexpected expenses that might come their way in these unimaginable times.
