Support for Mark Bennett’s Family

On the morning of Thursday January 7th, 2021 Mark Anthony Bennett suffered a very sudden and massive heart attack that took him from this earth way too young. This has come as a shock and devastation to all.

Mark was only 54 years old, but lived a life full of love and happiness. Anyone that knew him knows how much he loved going to concerts, riding his motorcycle, and most of all, serving God and others. He was a dedicated husband, father, son, and friend and was loved by everyone he crossed paths with. He had a heart of gold and would literally give a stranger the shirt off his back if he saw the need. He showed immense compassion and patience daily. It is well known that he was "everybody's best friend." 

We will all greatly miss our Christ-centered, big-hearted, dearly-loved friend and the role he played in all of our lives.  But of his many roles, none were as important to him as being a loving husband to Allie and proud father of Katie.  With Mark’s shocking and unexpected passing, his family now has the staggering task of keeping things in order as they navigate a new reality.  As you can imagine, the family is grieving right now at this unthinkable loss. Though we are unable to relieve Mark's family of these emotional burdens, we can come together and help support them financially in this trying time.

Many of you have expressed a desire to donate or have asked how you might be able to help. Mark's top priority was always and foremost "his girls." He was the main provider for his family and Allie is now a single mom. Anything raised through this page will go to helping with current/future college funds, mortgage payments, car payments, and other such things. 

The family has also asked me to share their immense gratitude. We all feel overwhelmed by the tidal wave of prayers, meals, kindness, and generosity our family has received in the wake of Mark’s sudden passing. Thank you for showing us the love he embodied and reminding us that God has a plan.
