This fundraiser is to support Mario & Nia Woods with expenses following the tragic loss of their newborn son, True.

On June 6th 2025, the couple learned the devastating news that their unborn son was suffering from a rare birth defect called Vein of Galen Malformation in utero. This terrible diagnosis caused medical providers to act swiftly in delivering him via emergency c-section to start treatment immediately. Unfortunately, baby True’s condition did not allow him to make it through them. He passed away from complications of VOGM in his mother and father’s arms on June 8th 2025.

Funds raised will go directly to the Woods family to help cover final expenses, medical bills, support time off from work, and to give them space to heal without financial pressure. There is no set goal, anything you are able to contribute is deeply appreciated.
