Support for my mother’s Battle with Stage 4 Cancer

I am here to share this vulnerable moment with yall as we are in need of some help. We recently found out that my mother has stage 4 gastric cancer. She has had strong abdominal pain for almost a year now along with other symptoms so we decided to take her to see a gastroenterologist and thats when they performed an EGD on her and found some mass/tumors in her stomach and referred us to an oncologist. Thats where we proceeded to discover that it had unfortunately spread throughout her body. She is currently undergoing vigorous chemotherapy treatment and in the future she will be having surgeries done as well. This diagnosis has been very hard for us to accept but we are trying everything in our power to help her get through this and thats why we are asking for help to cover medical bills, copays, rent, groceries and etc.

Estoy aquí para compartir este momento vulnerable con todos ustedes, ya que necesitamos algo de ayuda. Recientemente descubrimos que mi madre tiene cáncer gástrico y esta en etapa 4. Ha tenido un fuerte dolor abdominal durante casi un año junto con otros síntomas, así que decidimos llevarla a ver a un gastroenterólogo y fue entonces cuando le realizaron un procidimiento llamado EGD y se hizo unas biopsias y al hacer eso se supo que era cancer en su estómago y nos refirieron a un oncólogo. Ahí es donde procedimos a descubrir que desafortunadamente se había extendido a otras partes de su cuerpo. Actualmente se está sometiendo a un tratamiento de quimioterapia vigorosa y en el futuro también se le harán cirugías. Este diagnóstico ha sido muy difícil de aceptar para nosotros, pero estamos haciendo todo lo que está a nuestro alcance para ayudarla a superar esto y es por eso que estamos pidiendo ayuda para cubrir estas facturas médicas, alimentos, renta y etc.
