Hi, my name is Alyssa, and I’m organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Maria. Maria is 23 years old and mama to a sweet little two-year-old girl.

Maria has been bravely battling sickle cell anemia her whole life. Unfortunately, her health has continued to decline, and she will be entering hospice care. While the time ahead is uncertain, we want to help make it as meaningful and peaceful as possible for her and her daughter.

Our goal is to raise funds to create memories for her and her daughter, relieve the financial burden that comes with these next steps, and support her daughter's future.

Maria has been a sickle cell warrior for a long time, but even the strongest of warriors need to rest.

Any contribution, big or small, will help us make this time as peaceful as possible for Maria and ensure her daughter has cherished memories of her mother to keep.
