Manwoo Dias is a remarkable 27-year-old and a second generation child who has faced more challenges than most people will ever know. Born with Spina Bifida, Manwoo has always shown incredible resilience and spirit despite his difficult circumstances. Recently, he suffered from hypoglycemia which caused him to stop breathing for some time; he is still unconscious and on life support. In addition, he has been undergoing dialysis due to kidney problems, and it was found that he has pneumonia. Right now, it is uncertain if Manwoo will wake up, and his family is facing an unimaginable situation.

Manwoo’s mother, Auria Cerna, has been his unwavering support. As a single mother for the past 18 years, she has raised three children on her own, working tirelessly to provide for them. With Manwoo’s ongoing medical needs and frequent hospitalizations, Auria has had to step away from work to care for him, which has put a tremendous financial strain on the family. The cost of medical care and the daily living expenses are overwhelming. Auria is also very faithful and devoted to God and True Parents, drawing strength from her faith during these difficult times.

As a close friend to the family, I am honored to start this fundraiser to support Auria and Manwoo. Through this fundraiser, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for Manwoo and his family, for all the love and generosity they have shown to all of us. Auria is an incredibly generous and altruistic person who has always put others first.
