On August 27th, a projectile was thrown from under a lawn mower and struck a young girl named Mallorie in the eye. She was rushed to the emergency room, where she was life flighted to a children's hospital. Since then, we've received the news that she has lost her eye. There was also bone breakage of the eye socket that resulted in bone pushing into her brain, and her brain being further exposed and unprotected. With the loss of the eye, there is a metal plate being inserted behind her eye socket to help hold the brain in its place. Our hearts go out to this dear family. It is our desire to raise enough funds to help cover all of the unknown bills that will be coming in over the next months. Furthermore, we want to raise funds to help ease the choice of the coming elective cosmetic surgeries. Thank you and may God bless you for your prayers and support!
