On March 4, 2023, we tragically lost a member of BMC's founding class, Malik Cannady. Malik attended both BEC and BMC, graduating in 2018. He and his family have been and are an integral part of the DC Prep community for a long time, he was dearly loved by the Benning community, and many in our network have fond memories from their time with him. As we grapple with this excruciating loss, we are coming together to support Malik's family. Any support we can provide to Malik's family at this time is much appreciated.
