Support for Madi organized by Karen Camp

Greetings All,

My name is Karen Camp, and I proudly hold the role of Madison’s Godmother. Moreover, I share an enduring friendship spanning over three decades with her Mom.

Tragedy struck in November of 2021 when Madison’s mother was involved in a dreadful car accident, leaving her with a concussion and severe head trauma. These injuries have cascaded into more complex medical issues over the past two years, rendering her on disability. Concurrently, she is also navigating the challenging water of a divorce. Admirably, she has shouldered the responsibility of providing for both her children on her own – a testament to the remarkable strength and resilience that defines her as a mother and a woman.

Recently, a fresh challenge has presented itself. As a devoted mother, family member, and friend, she has been a pillar of support for numerous children pursuing their education, from high school to college, helping them chase their dreams. However, life has thrown her a curveball: her own daughter, Madison-the youngest of her children-is unable to attend high school for her senior year until the tuition is settled.

Madison’s journey with MCA began in her pre-K years, participating in joyful Easter Egg Hunts and

memorable Summer Camps. Progressing through the years, she joined high school in the 8th grade.

Now, as she stands on the brink of her most anticipated year-her senior year-circumstances have

unfortunately barred her from experiencing this milestone.

With a determined spirit, I have taken it upon myself to initiate a GoFundMe campaign, aiming to

provide Madison with the chance to embrace her dreams during this crucial year of high school. I

appeal to each of you to consider joining me in making her dream a reality. Throughout the school year, I commit to sharing pictures and updates of Madison as she engages in the senior events that shape this significant period of her life.

senior year is filled with joy, growth, and precious memories that will last a lifetime.
