Natasha Camacho is a beloved teacher at St Catherine’s School. In early March 2022, she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. It is a rare and aggressive form of breast cancer that accounts for approximately 15% of all cases. She is set to begin chemotherapy in early April, followed by surgery and then more chemotherapy and radiation. She has a long road ahead of her.

The goal of this fundraiser is to help alleviate some of the costs that start to add up quickly. The charges of some of the required drugs are onerous and not covered by insurance. Natasha is the only source of income for her family. There will be substantial costs related to transportation to and from medical appointments and loss of income.

There’s no time like the present to show Natasha how important she is to us as a friend, colleague, and esteemed community member. She is a generous, dedicated, and humble person; we know she would never ask for help, so we are doing it for her. At times like these, it isn't easy to know what to do to help.
