Support for Macallister- Children's Hospital, ICU

This past Sunday (7/20), my brother (in-law) had a very bad accident. He fell off his horse & was stepped on and got very badly injured. He was taken to Alexandria Hospital & from there, he was life flighted to Children's Hospital. He's currently in the ICU. There have been multiple CT scans & and MRIs trying to figure out exactly what was wrong & how to help him. He is in a lot of pain & he has a long road to recovery. After all the testing, they found that he has multiple skull fractures, 3 spots of brain bleeding, a major concussion, bruised ribs, and a blood clot in his brain. They put him on blood thinners, but that didn't work unfortunately & caused more bleeding in his brain. So yesterday, the neurosurgeon decided surgery would be best. He completed surgery & it went very well. He needs to have more testing done today to make sure the bleeding in his brain has stopped. This has been extremely hard on the entire family. His mother had to take off from work & and unfortunately, that means missing out on income, along with the medical bills stacking up. We're just asking anyone, if you're able to, please help in any way you can. Even if you just keep us in your prayers, we appreciate it so much!!
