Lynn Mourgos worked hard her whole life and lived with deep faith. She traveled to California to marry me in 2006, and in 2022 we relocated to Kentucky to start the next chapter together. Lynn was devoted to Scripture, faithful in her walk with the Lord, and gentle in everything she did. She loved animals and cared for many cats over the years — she even had a pet pig once — and she always did her best to make things right with the people and causes she loved.

Lynn battled cancer since 2017 and faced every challenge with determination. She hoped to continue treatment, but by the time she was scheduled to begin chemotherapy in 2026 she had become too weak to receive it. As she had no time or opportunity to obtain life insurance and had little savings, I am asking for help now to cover the financial burdens that have followed this long fight. I am on a fixed income and this will be a monumental undertaking.
