Our sweet Lynette has made it back safely from Oklahoma and is now staying with Mandy, surrounded by love and familiar faces. She was able to spend precious time with all of her immediate family yesterday, and we are so grateful God gave her that moment. As many of you know, Lynette has been fighting colon cancer while also battling very severe COPD. The COPD has made treating the cancer nearly impossible, and watching her struggle has been heartbreaking for all of us. Through every step of this journey, she has leaned on God, finding comfort in His presence and in the promises of the Bible. Her faith has been her steady place when her body could no longer be. It breaks our hearts to say this, but she is very close to the end of her earthly journey. We are creating this GoFundMe to help cover her final expenses and to ease the burden on the family during this incredibly difficult time.
