I have stage 4 COPD and awaiting a lung transplant,which I will need funds to help me get a caregiver, lodging,medications,Therapy ,gas to and from summerville to MUSC medical center every day for 90 days

…and after my 90 day I will have to do physical therapy every day for six months about a 50 mile drive round trip, not counting the doctors appointments,so this will be a lot of travel pay ,and caregiving ..
