I am Luke Rivers and my wife, Connie Qualls, have had a tough 2 years. My wife had treatment for cancer. The radiation did major damage to her jawbone. She is presently hospitalized for her sixth surgery to repair this condition.

I had major cardiac surgery in November and have been unable to work. As a result, I lost my job and my health insurance quadrupled. Needless to say, the medical and household bills are piling up. It's difficult for me to ask for help, but today I come to you humbled by this situation and realize everyone needs help sometimes.
